If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the issues with the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed with your order.
Shipping
All furniture orders are placed as customer pick ups. Once your order is placed we will contact you to see if you would like your items shipped and provide you with a quote. All shipping charges are paid directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Depending on the item and location, there are several shipping options.
1) White Glove In Home Delivery: The delivery service will carry the item in the home and place it where you want it to go. This is the more expensive and more time consuming option. Delivery timeframe to most areas average 8-12 weeks.
2) Common Carrier Business to Business: The delivery service will pick up the item from our warehouse and deliver it to another business address with a dock. This is typically the least expensive and quickest shipping option.
